The theater you’ve come to love is getting even better. We are so excited to announce that we will be getting new theater chairs. In order to make these changes, the theater will be closed starting Monday, August 14. We will reopen on Friday, September 1 and continue showing all the films you love – just with new comfy seats.
This project is being funded in part by a Capital Arts Grant by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and private foundation support, but we will need your help to finish our renovations and ensure The Clairidge remains a fixture in our community.
As a non-profit, we are committed to bringing our community the best moviegoing experience possible. If you are able to donate, you will help us continue to bring the best in film to Montclair and keep our 100-year-old theater at its best. Donations of $500+ will be recognized on a plaque in the theater.
